Filters:

Nordson inline filters are inserted between the hose and gun. They are available as heated or non-heated filters.
Inline filters collect char and other particulate matter that may clog nozzles.
Non-heated inline filters are available in 45 , 90 or straight configurations. Replaceable screens are
available for both types of inline filters and should be changed regularly for efficient performance of
your system.

Features and benefits

*Filter layer: the metal folding filter element usually consists of multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh, these layers stack
together in a specific way, forming a network of screening channels. These layers gradually reduce the pore size, which can
gradually filter out smaller particles.*Physical Screening: when the hot melt adhesive through the metal filter screen, which the
solid particles, suspended matter and
large-scale microorganisms are blocked in the stainless steel wire mesh. The effect of this physical screening depends on the
aperture size of stainless steel wire mesh. Larger particles can not pass through the smaller mesh and are filtered out.
