Forming process:
Forming of paper cup outer wall: Take a certain length of paper cup material from the reel of paper cup material and enter the forming area through the conveyor belt. The forming area is divided into upper and lower molds, the upper mold is a movable conical mold, and the lower mold is a fixed mold. When the paper cup material reaches the forming area, the upper mold begins to press down, press the paper cup material into a cone, and fix it by drying in an oven. 1.
Forming of paper cup rim: On the basis of forming the outer wall of the paper cup, the rim of the paper cup is formed and heated in an oven. After that, the outer wall and rim of the paper cup are combined into a whole. 1.
Cutting: The formed paper cups need to be cut into individual paper cups. The cutting process can be achieved by using a tension wheel and a cutter die. When the paper cup material passes through the cutter die, the cutter die moves downward under the action of the tension wheel to cut the paper cup material

Bottom sealing and feeding: The bottom sealing of the paper cup refers to the processing of the bottom of the paper cup, which can be achieved by pressing, hot pressing, etc. After the bottom sealing is completed, the paper cup needs to be automatically sent to the next process point
